Should

Yes -
sealing concrete is always recommended. Sealers help to
protect concrete from contaminants and de-icing chemicals.

as ARDEX Concrete Guard,
be applied just 2 hours after installation. Follow the manufacturers
directions, especially when it comes to ongoing maintenance and
re-sealing. For more info see sealing. |

is the pot life of ARDEX CD?
ARDEX CD

What
if the new surface gets wet before it dries?
Water from
rain or sprinklers should not come in contact with the new surface
for at least 12 hours after installation. Early exposure
to water can sometimes cause spotting. If spotting occurs,
wet the affected area with plain water and spray with a solution
of 3 parts water and 1 part white vinegar. Keep the area
wet with the solution (misting again if necessary) for 10 minutes
and hose off. Repeat if necessary. Avoid exposing the new
surface to freezing temperatures for 24 hours, and never cover
the surface while it drying. For more info see curing. |
